Overseas Delivery

We are able to send items to many countries. However, international delivery is not available for some items because they exceed size limits.

Shipments sent to business’s in Ireland will need a EORI number in order to clear customs. It is the duty of the customer to provide this, failure to do so will mean your goods are held at customs. You can prodive us with the EORI number which we will pass on to the courier on your behalf, or you can contact the courier and provide this yourself. If the goods are returned to us due to failure to clear customs, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-sending the shipment and any cost incurred to us. 


UK Delivery

Some deliveries may be sent signed for and require a signature. This will be at our discretion.

Free delivery for orders over £100 net applies only to orders sent to addresses within the UK. 

The availability of delivery methods varies according to the value, size and weight of your order and the delivery address. Please see the delivery methods (and prices) listed in your basket.

Delivery times are quoted from date of despatch, not from the date the order was placed and depends on stock levels. Our cut-off time for orders to be despatched same day is 2pm Monday to Friday.

Please do not sign for or accept any goods until unpacked and checked in full. Only sign if you are satisfied with the condition of your purchase. Items which have been signed for are deemed to be in good condition.

Lead times quoted for out of stock/ special order items are to be used as a guide only. We do not accept any liability for deliveries that are delayed.

Our Returns Policy

As we are a trade only (business to business) seller, the “Consumer Contracts Regulations” formerly the “Distance Selling Regulations” do not apply. As such we are not required by law to accept the return of items purchased from us. Non stock/ special order items are strictly non returnable. Once an order has been placed for a non stock item, it is not refundable.

We strive to supply goods in excellent condition. We will repair or replace (for free) any item found defective or damaged before delivery. This is in addition to our product warranty.

We cannot accept return of products which are damaged after delivery.
